Tracy believes that Pilates is a great fit for every ‘body’. What started out as a series of rehabilitation exercises by Joseph Pilates has become a key way to strengthen the core and spine, leading to improved body alignment.

Tracy’s Pilates Programme includes a selection of exercises to improve overall body strength and flexibility while improving posture and body awareness. Several muscle groups are worked together through continuous, controlled movement concentrating on stabilisation and strength of the body’s core muscles (abdominals, pelvic floor muscles and lower back). Tracy will also guide you through coordination, breathing, quality of movement and mind and body focus.
These exercises enhance how well we can perform other exercise, reducing injury, improving posture, relieving stress, and improving overall body strength and flexibility.
