Tracy Byrne O’ Donovan is passionate about Pilates, exercise, fitness and the joy that movement brings – and she wants to bring you with her!
Tracy has been a Fitness Instructor for over 20 years and turned to Pilates to help rehabilitate from a back injury. Recognising the life changing benefits Pilates brings to the body and mind, Tracy didn’t just recover, but trained as a Pilates Instructor so she could share the benefits with her clients. It has made an impact on her life; she’d like to make an impact on yours.
Tracy gets her buzz from inspiring others to Move Better, Breath Better, Feel Better.
She is very passionate about women’s health and promoting physical activity, functional movement, positivity and wellbeing through Pilates. Tracy has worked with athletes, Irish dancers, cancer patients, older adults, children, rehabilitation referrals from physiotherapists, and those who want to enhance their health and fitness.
